Shared experiences are more meaningful than ever and the perfect way to celebrate the people you care about
As the search for meaningful gifts grows each year, more people are turning away from traditional presents and choosing experiences that create memories that last a lifetime. With families spending less time together and friends living increasingly busy lives, gifting shared moments has become one of the most thoughtful and appreciated gestures of all.

One of the most uplifting ways to do that is with a day or weekend at The Brit Fest, a four day celebration of music, community and culture that has become one of the most unmissable summer gatherings in the North West.
Taking place from Thursday 2 July to Sunday 5 July at Ashley Hall Showground in Altrincham, The Brit Fest brings people together through an incredible line up featuring Happy Mondays, Holly Johnson, ABC, Wet Wet Wet, Eternal, Cast, Peter Hook and The Light, Sleeper, Let Loose, Jason Donovan and many more. It is a long weekend filled with joy, nostalgia and the kind of shared memories that make experiences the most powerful gifts of all.
Festival Co Founder Anthony Prophet said:
“What people truly value now is time together. A festival day or weekend becomes a moment you talk about all year, something you share with your partner, your friends or your family. The Brit Fest is built on that idea. It feels uplifting, familiar and full of positive energy, and it is the perfect gift for anyone who deserves a great summer.”
The Brit Fest offers a variety of gift friendly ticket options including day tickets, weekend tickets, VIP upgrades, camping and glamping with Tangerine Fields and live in vehicle pitches. For those who prefer to relax in comfort, the Delta Marriott offers stylish accommodation with spa facilities and shuttle services direct to the festival.
In 2025 the festival welcomed more than thirty thousand people and demand for 2026 tickets is already strong as families and groups of friends begin planning their perfect summer weekend.
Anthony added:
“We are seeing more people gifting Brit Fest tickets for birthdays, Christmas and special occasions. It is a way of saying let us spend time together. Let us make a memory. Experiences have become the most thoughtful gifts people can give.”
The festival also features family areas, artisan food villages, wellness sessions, community performance zones and a huge Thursday night opening party with Symphonic Ibiza featuring Angie Brown, all contributing to its warm, inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
Tickets for The Brit Fest 2026 are on sale now at www.thebritfest.co.uk and early booking is strongly recommended.
