Champagne corks are popping after the Leek based kitchen retailer and design company Protech, were crowned ‘Kitchen Retailer of the year 2024’
Established by Ian and Jo Smith in 1995, the company offers great deals on all the major brands of electrical white goods including washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, refrigeration, dishwashers, built-in kitchen appliances electric and gas cookers. They are also the only authorised retailer of Smeg and Hotpoint locally too.
In August 2020 Ian & Jo decided to expand the business and opened ‘Design Kitchens by Protech’ within the same building as ‘Protech Domestic Appliances’ selling Symphony Kitchens to Leek and the surrounding areas.
Spread over two-floors their showroom showcases all the latest designs and worktops from solid quartz to laminates, offering something for everyone.
Marketing Manager Ellie Bailey said ‘We are honoured to receive this award after all the hard work that has been put into our Kitchen Showroom and our customer Kitchens over the past 4 years since ‘Design Kitchens by Protech’ was born.
Ellie added ‘We can’t thank all our customers enough for their continued support over the years and for choosing our local, family business to create their Dream Kitchens and a special thanks to our brilliant Kitchen Team including our designers and installers’.
