Public requests to speak at the meeting must be received by midday on Thursday, 19th June, in line with the May 2025 constitution.

The application will be discussed in the Town Hall Council Chamber. Due to limited space, it is anticipated that only registered speakers will be accommodated within the Council Chamber. However, the adjoining Committee Room will be available for individuals to watch the proceedings live on screen. Additionally, the meeting will be live-streamed via the District Council's YouTube channel at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/videos.

The District Council is considering the application following the Planning Committee Protocol from May 2025.

There will be one hour for representations at the start of the meeting, with the Chair having the discretion to extend this in exceptional cases.
